For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package and make the payment.

Returns & Replacements

Return Conditions

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or physically or functionally different from the description.
• The size does not fit (for apparel/footwear).
• The product is unopened and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Important Notes

• Check at Doorstep: For fragile items, we highly recommend checking the product in front of the delivery agent. If there is an issue, please return it immediately to the agent.
• Delivery Charge: If a return is made for reasons other than a defect (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
